So i purchased some Work Meister S1R rims 18x9 18x10 +22 all round, question is i have had an offer on them which is more then what i paid for them.
I honestly think 18s are a touch too small for an IS250 and would either go a Varrstoen 2.2.2 19x9.5 19x10.5 +25 all round or go a 20in in another design.

Question is, do you guys think its worth selling the S1Rs and upgrading to a 19in rim, in a spot of bother haha

I would do it. Personally, I don't like the S1R's and after having 18's on my car for a while, I feel too, that they are a bit small.
Also, I think 19's set our cars off perfectly and you're getting more than what you paid for them, so why not!
