I use synthetic Mobil 1 5w-30. When it's on sale, it ends up only a little bit more expensive than a conventional oil change at my dealership.

+1 on Mobil1 Synthetic 5w-30. Costco had it on sale a few weeks back, 6qt for $26.99

So many threads like this now, a quick search and you'll see almost everyone will say use Mobil 1 full synthetic or another synthetic oil.
