Ok I just bought an 06 is250 we love the car except for the fact that we cant get the CD player to work. We read the owners manual and took it to the local audio shop and the Toyota dealer they both told us we they can do is pull it out and send it off. But the manual say to press the load button and the screen will say waiting and flash amber then it will turn green. It flashes amber and that's it. It never says waiting or anything. What do we do?!?!?

Check the CD loading area to make sure a CD isn't jammed in there. I had this happen to mine when the CD got stuck ejecting. It will make the entire CD player inoperable.

Lol well I started pushing and holding buttons and we finally got a green light it started to play the first cd then we pushed another button and it stopped so now when we pick a cd it just flashes on the screen and then stops and turns blue its like it registers the 5 CDs but won't play them and we also can't get them to eject its all just frustrating
