I've been searching for my perfect lip and finally found it on Sonic Motor's website.

I know that the 09-10 have a different bumper than the 07-08 IS's but was curious if this lip is interchangeable on both. Doesn't look like the curves are designed for one bumper specifically but rather looks like an add-on?

Was wondering if anyone had any experiences with this lip and can chime in. I'll also shoot sonic a PM since they are a vendor here.

Nice lip, haven't seen it before.

Not 100% positive, but if the lip is meant for an 09-10 IS, I don't think will not fit an 06-08 IS.

However, the web site seems confusing when it states that the lip fits 07-10 (and up) IS models....

get what fits. if unsure hit up the vendor. dont buy something that doesn't fit!

If the lip is made to fit 06-08, it will not fit 09-10.

Sonic has confirmed that front lip is 06-08 and will not fit the 09+ models. Bummer.

The lip search continues... looking for someone thats an add-on to the bottom of the bumper and can be painted black or is carbon (this is on a SGM IS).

Found another CF lip labeled for 09-10. Did some searching but didn't see anyone here with it. Has anyone ever seen or tested this lip? Looks like a direct bolt on but i'm just concerned with fitment.

Looks like a fabulous lip.

And yeah Ive seen that listed on ebay a few months ago. Maybe theres a reason why nobody has bought it?

I don't think it's a fab, but I do believe someone has posted this before, you might have some digging to do to find it.

It looks like a fab but it has those extra fins on the ends, but there is no fab lip for 09+

Oh then this must be the "fsport" or "myride" front lip. Or whatever ebay calls it.

Thanks for the responses guys. Time to start some digging to find this lip.

What worries me though are the tabs to bolt on the bumper. It looks like the tabs are almost identical to the 06-08 GFX tabs that you bolt on, which then leads me to believe this might NOT be a 09-10 lip? I guess i will never know till someone or i try it out...

Edit: did some searching and found a pic of the lip mounted on the bumper. Can anyone tell if this is a 06-08 or 09-10 bumper?
