Thanks. Will I need to buy new ones? Or could I use my old ones from the stock wheels? Where's the best place to get these?

I just used my stock ones on my aftermarket wheels. You can also buy a new set from the dealer but they will have to be programmed.

double check to make sure those wheels are compatable with the tpms sensor.. some wheels arent. as far as needing the sensors... you dont realllly need it if you check your tires often. without the sensors your tire light will just flash and stay on.

Also keep in mind that it is recommended to replace the o-rings on the TPMS units whenever you remove/reinstall them (the sensors). The part number for the replacement o-ring assembly is 04423 on Sewell Lexus' parts website. Something like $7 per sensor, so $28 total.

Just take them off the stocks and throw then inside the spare and pump it up to 40 pounds so ur car will read them and u can put any wheels u want without having to keep swapping them from wheel to wheel
