Default Lexus IS250 paddle gear-changers

I have fitted Lexus IS250 paddle gear-changers to the Tiptronic steering wheel of my Supra yet not attempted to wire them in.

My question is:

Do the two pins functions with 12v, or are they a 5v CANBUS system?

Thank you.

your best bet would probably be to purchase a subscription to all data so you can look up the information.

They simply ground one of two pins on the ECU. I would think the current draw through that circuit would be quite minimal.

I'm using a Suprastick ECU which uses 12v.

I just need to know if these are simple continuity switches which will be fine for 12v, or a CANBUS which must be fed 5v?

They're just simple normally-open switches, nothing fancy, no digitized data.
