xx11 and xx12 are different and xx13 is completley different as far as looks and software i think

You could but it would cost a ton, you need a really good reason to do something like that :P

does anyone know if the xx13 navigation will plug and play a xx11 navigation?? is it even possible?

are you talking the UNIT or the disk???
I thought the unit was upgraded to the next gen in 2010, but I could be wrong about that. within a generation, you can "plug and play" the nag disk.
But to upgrade the entire unit, I'm not sure....

yes for example if i own a 2011 is250 with nav can i swap out the nav uiinit with a 2013 nav just curious does anyone know?
