My thoughts exactly. He should have at least cleaned it first and then take a pic.
The people that walk in between your car carrying handbags, bookbags, and briefcases can leave some scratches on your paint. Those metal zippers and buckles can do the damage. When I drive my daily to work I tend to park closer to the building but in a spot where the car is less likely to scratched. I'll walk the extra steps when I decide to take the other car.

It's not just about parking far away, but you want to park so that even if people park next to you they wont get to your door as long as they're within the lines. So find a corner spot and park over the far line.. as far as possible. Thats my method and I have yet to get a ding that way since I started parking that way.

Wow. Thank you all for the replies. I need to figure out how much it will cost to get the small dent removed.
It's dirty because kansas weather cant keep its **** togather. I keep my car spotless but its sunny for a day, then it rains and we still get news that it might snow.. yes snow in april in Southeast kansas.

Unrelated, but some guy got out of his car to punch mine at a stop light because he was mad that I honked at him when he tried to cut me off. Dude didn't even make a dent lmao

its always the ****tiest POS cars that park next to nice cars. I see it all the time! Nice cars are like magnets to ****boxes that just dont care if they scratch ot ding other's

How about my girlfriends dad parks next to me and when we are leaving the place, he leaves his door open, the wind catches it and. boom. what do you know. damn I was pissed. damn im still pissed.
