Oil change every 5-10k

Cabin / intake air filter change every 15k

Brake fluid flush every 30k

Spark plugs every 60k

And coolant every 100k? Not 100% surr

Oil change and coolant really is all you need. Maybe engine/cabin filters if you haven't done them in the last 15k.

Maybe tire rotation and differential fluid if you have an AWD...?

For the repairs you can't do yourself, i'd say at 100k you are probably better off finding an Independent shop that specializes in Toyota/Lexus repairs (or Japanese cars in general). Otherwise, you can always take it to the dealer if you are fine with the higher costs.

I generally tend to avoid places like Monroe, but everyone is different about who they let work on their car.
