Doesn't look like a total loss at all, unless there's alot more damage your not showing. Looks like the door took most of the damage, the bottom side skirt is barily damaged so I doubt there is frame damage. Fender and door are designed to crumble like that to absorb the shock. Probably 5k to 8k in damages and they will have you rolling again.

On the bright side, I would hope its a total loss too. Would rather get the money to buy a new IS instead of trying to fix this one and drive it knowing it was in an accident

Glad you're okay! Sad deal for the Lexus though.

From the images, it looks to be repairable.

Well beside two dors the frame inside were damage as well the stiring wheel broke

it doesnt look like a total loss, maybe your insurance company doesnt wanna deal with it and woulda rather give you money for a new car. My car was in that shape, but it ended up being fixed. glad you ok though, maybe you should take the money and upgrade to an ISF. and let me know if you decide to sell any parts from this car!

sorry guys but no part sale im living in israel the insurense company desided to go with total lost time to search for anew lexi now and i meant 42,000 miles

I would want it totaled, that car will lose quite a bit of resale value.
