I don't think it will be totaled do to the fact that it's a 2013 and that these cars actually hold their value really well so it might not meet the insurance percentange to justify a total loss. Just to give you an idea of how well I was recently paid out 18.2k for my 2007 IS250 with 62k miles.
Also from my experience with cars it looks like most of the damage it to the upper left hand (driver side) of the vehicle if look closely the front crash beam seems to be instact and not pushed back which would mean the front rails probably did not get deformed.
Yeah. I took it to Park Place Bodywerks. The dealership Park Place owns several Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Bently, Rolls Royce dealership in the area. So hopefully they charge out the butt. Thats primarily why I took it there. Plus they are Lexus authorized.
Ouch, that just sucks man....a brand new car. sorry to see but glad no one was seriously injured. Good luck with the repairs....I would definitely have it repaired by Lexus just to be on the safer side of things.
so sorry to see your loss, but like everyone said, your safe and it's all that really matters
wonder who's at fault here, hopefully insurance won't hold it against you!
take care !
Unfortunately,it's OP's fault.
It's a lease so totaled or not doesn't matter as much.If it was not a lease,a total would be better.
More importantly,no serious injury.
I don't think it's totaled, however from those pictures it looks like they towed your car with the front wheels lifted. If that's so I would bring that up with the insurance as this could cause transmission problems.
FYI, for those that don't know you should never tow an automatic transmission vehicle with its drive wheels rolling.
nice cached, was about to say same thing. stupid towing guy
