went thru a log of BS. See my past posting. Went back to dealer and asked to speak to a service manager (Tim). He looked at the previous alignment results and said Lexus could do better than what Lexus had done already. They redid the alignment. Now the car is straight as an arrow. Here are the results of the alignment for the second time. They also told me that Lexus matches competitor prices on tires.
