Anyone know to to fix a crack lip?

From the looks of it I'd say the lip is fiber glass and if you're feeling brake you can do it yourself.
Advanced auto / autozone sell a fiberglass repair kit that includes the mat and fiber glass resin. You'll keed to sand down the damaged area lay down the matting on both sides and then mix and apply the resin with a cheap brush. Once it's dry you can sand with 220 sand paper to give it back its shape then move on to 600, 800.
BTW, I can tell you that it's actually easier than you think as my Wald spoiler got a small crack durring my accident and I fixed it myself. The repair was so good that the body shop that I take my stuff too actually joked and ask me if I wanted a job lol.

from the pics I cant tell if you need the body color on it or not.. if you do I have had great success with Automotivetouchup.com . they mix it in poof cans to order. base coat, mid coat, clear (for pearl) and it is EXACT. I have used it on my LS and SC
