Default Can I install springs alone?

I was planning on installing my springs myself since I have all the required tools but was just curious if I could do it alone or would need another person to help me? My main concern is having enough force to get the lower control arm aligned with the spindle(hub).

Yes you can if you know how. I install my coilovers myself since it was my second time around 1.5hrs to do. Installing spring a little longer due to compressing them.

How hard is it to realign the rear control arm to the hub?

Not hard use a good size jack to lift it up so you can put the bolt back in.

I don't have to jack up both ends up correct? I can just do each wheel at a time?

One at a time will work. That's how I did it when I installed my F Sport springs. Take your time and be careful. You will be fine. Make sure you get accurate torque specs so that you put everything back together properly and you're good.

if you get stuck, just follow these instructions, it also has the torque specs for each bolt/nut

Rears are the same, fronts have one minor difference where the strut connects to the LCA. I would remove the bolt holding the strut to the metal "C" piece that connects to the LCA. Might be hard to imagine but you'll understand once you start taking apart the car.

AWD Front Strut:

Would it be bad for my awd if I installed the rears first then the next day installed the front?
