The clear cover from the part I replaced has a small crack but is intact, yours free if you want it

I soldered my fusible link back together and put the car together and everything works fine except for the fog light, middle lights, and the side marker (led aftermarkets on all) and I tried replacing the bulb with the same led and it still wouldn’t turn on and I’ve checked every fuse

I've replaced my fusible link a couple years ago and realized it's only responsible for the power delivery into the ECU's and main electrical system; it should not affect the other light functions. If you've accidentally blew the fusible link due to a shortage (ie. backwards battery terminal), then it has likely blew another system during the process. In your case, it appears to be accessory lights.

you need to remove the clips all around the fuse box and pull out the fuse box 6 inches to expose the screw holding in the fuses is under the fuse box. It looks crazy with a lot of wires. I did it with a frien in 30 minutes. Its not as hard as it seems. yt has vid type 05 fuse link

The screw for the 100amp fuse link on my 05 es330 is literally under the fuse box. take off all the clips all around, pry apart. U need to get at a screw on left and right sides of box. Its good to have a person hold boxes when you take apart box. Need a point tip to remove all the clips omg a lot. It will seem like your tearing it apart but you need to get in there on left and right screw. Get a tool and a helper. The fuse will not come out like a regular plug fuse type. Its screwed in on both sides underneath fuse box.
