I found an online parts store for lexus that sells the **** for 1.11.... If the shipping aint a killer and I can't find it local I might just order it lol. To get it off I just pull it off right?
Meeeh is for ES350... Is it the same?

radio **** tip replacement success
Sorry for bringing up this old post, but I just solved the same issue the op had.
If the tip of your radio **** is missing, get Lexus part number 90010-22050 (pioneer part number CXC5038).
This **** is for the ES 350, but the tip and silver ring are identical to those on the 2IS cars. This **** doesn't have the ribbed part, which is right behind the silver ring on the 2IS ****.
I bought two for about $2 each from Sewell. I removed the tip and silver ring from the new **** and glued them onto my existing radio ****.
My radio **** now looks as good as new (and is now identical to the other **** which wasn't broken).
Tips:
The tip of the **** is held on by four melted plastic pins. remove the tip by pushing on the pins from behind with something small, like a screwdriver for glasses. After you get it off, you may have to shave down a few of the pins because they don't fit perfectly into the 2IS **** and will make the tip stick out (they're either too fat or don't have the exact same alignment pattern).
I didn't try to remove the old **** from the radio, so I'm unsure if the whole **** is a good replacement. It is the exact same color and diameter. It appears to be the same length. This may also be your best bet if you're missing a whole ****.

WOW... you are sorry for posting a solution to an old unsolved problem???? Dude you are my freaking life saver!! If i could buy you lunch i would!
So as i guessed, the ES350 **** they sell should fit. They sell that part separately at lexus if you look at the link i provided. Can you get me a link of where you bought them for $2? I'll see if the shipping doesn't kill me for PR. I'll also look up that part number on ebay for pioner as maybe i can get that too.
Thanks a ton man... I was getting a little downed as i saw no one had a cost efficient solution... They wanted to sell me the whole radio at the dealer and junkers...

That should be it right? Do provide your link so that I can compare shipping

Here's the link at Sewell: http://lexus.sewellparts.com/oem-cat...S350-2008.html
Shipping is about $10 which is a bit high if you're only getting that part (I ordered some door sills along with the *****). When searching the 'net for that part number being sold elsewhere, I think I found it at one place for $7 shipped.
Oh, and one last thing - after looking at the **** in different types of light, it looks like the silver ring isn't 100% identical. The IS silver ring has a slight gold tint to it and seems thicker, while the ES ring is slightly thinner and pure silver.
Most people won't notice, but if you want it perfect, you might as well get two ***** and replace the tips of both.
