Black piece? Did you mean behind the license plate? It looks like it's can be done by painting or black vinyl wrap.

^Yup, most likely vinyl wrap. I just did mine but in dark grey since my IS is Obsidian.. Or you can buy a cf trunk and paint it, leaving only that area exposed cf.

Its probably a vinyl wrap, or u can plastidip it and if you dont like it you can remove it.

Most likely vinyl. I have mine like that but the car is vinylef and stock black color behind the frame. All you need is to decide on the color vinyl you want.
