Just noticed this earlier today when I was driving. The radio is not sitting flush on the right side as you can see in the picture and the left side is somewhat flush. Has anyone else notice this? I'm wondering maybe the hot weather lately caused the plastic dash to expand a bit?

ehh its normal its because of the cheap dash i have a gap on top of my vent which is annoying

i think it's normal... mine doesnt look completely perfectly flush either.

Has it ever been removed and reinstalled?

Mine is exactly like that from the factory. I had tried to take it out and refit but it doesn't get any better.

It doesn't bother me much though. Manufacturing tolerance always happens.

I'm not sure if it's manufacturing tolerance or just cutting cost and laziness. Anyways, this sticking out here and there on the radio is kinda normal on this Lexus.
