Default Is 350

It doesn't look like responses have been happening in buyers guide of late and kind of on a time crunch. Just wondering a price range for 06-07 350 with 75-90k miles premium package and believed to be good or very good condition (considering miles/age) is worth paying. I know KBB but wonder what consensus here would be. Help Please?!

Was just asking here because it seemed like after looking at the buyers guide thread that the prices people thought were good are quite a bit less then blue book and what they are going for around here... and with the posts being a year or more ago. Guess I'll just stick to BB and negotiate down from there as much as possible.

You have to realize that cars sell for different amounts in different areas. This is why online sites like KBB ask for your zip code when you are entering the car's information. Enter the info as accurately as possible, have the car thoroughly checked over and then shoot for less than "private party" value in whatever condition the car falls into.

You have to give us some more info too, like color and options (nav/ no nav) makes a difference.

Since I am only familiar with nav versions, I would predict the car to be worth around $20k for one around 75k miles and $17.5k for one with 90k miles.

Very true about the location within the states; I couldn't find a 350 around my area around $20-22k to save my life 2 years ago. Ended up getting mine jn NJ and drove back down to SC. The value of my 350 here in SC is probably at least a grand more than in other surrounding populated areas.

Thanks for responses. Still trying to learn what all the different packages and what not actuallly mean. Car I'm looking at this weekend is a lighter silver, 85K ish miles, nav, camera, heat/ cooled seats, sat radio, multi cd, bluetooth, alluminium wheels, paddles... and I think that's most of it. He just ran carfax and only thing on there is a fender bender/ cosmetic front bumper repair. If it's been to dealer for service recently do I need to take it in still? If runs it runs great and is super clean but hasn't had 90k service what do you think is a resonable price?

I can't help with the cost ATM but I can say that you should have a shop (or dealer if possible) give it the multi point inspection and tell you what's going on with the car. You never know off hand (I'm not a CarFax believer like most).

Should have mentioned in AZ BTW. Thought maybe if they have receipt of being at the dealer in the past few months if an inspection was probably part of. But better safe then sorry and just bring it in. I have a million other questions but I'm going to do my best to search first! Thanks everybody.

I saw that. Its listed under your User Name.

About taking it in: You would have to see that they got the "x,ooo mile service" as opposed to an "oil change at x,ooo miles" to know if any inspections were preformed. Keep in mind that different parts of the vehicle are inspected at different sevice intervals. If you have the VIN number you can look up the Service History at Lexus Drivers

Hope that is of some use.

I never really take much stock in blue book values (just use it as a kind of marker). I got my 06 IS350 CLEAN TITLE, 100k miles, nav, mark levinson system, basically all the goodies for 14k. You just gotta keep looking and be patient!

Omg Im looking for a IS 350 now and I would **** a brick if I found that deal. Best Ive found is a 07 350 84k miles fully loaded for 17k.

Good score on that $14k 350! I opted for a used '06 350 with <31k miles for $21k. Picked it up from a Chevy dealership in NJ.

Is a cosmetic fender bender (if truly that) not a big worry so long as dealer says everything all good? Guess I can still use as leverage..
