The headlights, and taillights are Spec-D brand. Yes the rears have the load resistors. The fronts also have a built in load resistor as well. My theory now is I may have put 1156's bulbs cutting off one of the contacts. To make it work due to me adding coilovers to the car, and dialing the suspension. Maybe it unwedge itself loose or something not making proper contact. The blinkers always worked normally. The hyper flash just came out of nowhere. I'll have to pull the head lights off this weekend. I may have already changed then to the correct size. Man I'm getting old I can't remember.
As for the spec-d headlights call for a PY21W bulb..... Supposedly the US equivalent is a 7507 bulb. I'll have to stop by the autoparts store tonight.
The Spec-D in the rear of mine are full LED. No idea what version.
Front is OEM. That said, I'd start with the rear making sure everything is okay there. The front bulbs on the 2011-2013, the right side can be done without bumper removal. But not the left.

Version?
Well last night I drove home in about a 30 minute major down pour. Lo and behold my blinker works again.
