Default Window trim problems

How do i fix these it got unglued/floppy i tryed superglueing it alittle but it came out looking worse! Could i just remove them? I want to vinyl everything eatherway.

If that piece is not too expensive, I would buy a new one.

Its just the rubber strip but where do i get it??

I think they come together, the rubber strip and the chrome frame.

The Lexus dealer or online part vendor should have it. Check Sewell.

Same here! Looks like the piece is only $40/pc...so it's not ridiculous. But I've heard others saying they tore the black portion off and ended up hitting it with plastidip.

Any DIY instruction to replace the window frame garinshes?

That is alot works I think. you have to disassemble the door panel off to take out that part i guess. I had a used IS250 door that was from a accident and i played around with it. Just dont force pull it out. Double check the sewell diagram to make sure not to damage more parts
