Final update on my center console - I decided to swap out the side trims from the gloss candy red ones to a gloss 5D carbon red wrap instead, as I found the candy red was too bright compared to the seats and shift ****, so looked a bit out of place. A bit hard to see in the photos compared to in person, but the carbon pattern matches the real carbon in the center better now and blends nicer with the rest of the interior.
