This was technically Sunday... but I was installing 6000k LED fogs, parking lights, and HIDs. Except only the fogs worked 100%... so I put everything back to stock and am waiting to hear from XenonDepot.

 

Sorry to hear. I've never been happy with my HIDs from xenon depot, even when they sent me free replacement bulbs because their 3k bulbs weren't 3k, the pair they sent me didnt match between the two.

 

No worries... figure I've just got to do some tweaking of some sort to get it figured out. Just got off the phone with Steve from XD - very nice guy! - and he gave me some things to try before we declare the items defective. I am hopeful that his suggestions will yield working HIDs and DRLs so I don't have to wait for replacements

Will work on installing the HIDs tomorrow... loving how bright the LEDs are though! Look way better than the halogens too.

 

Thanks Tommy, so I decided to keep the Volk, and roll them for few more months then powder coating in different color as you see the last pics and the front wheel, that the one got fixed from bent on the lip, now it look good but the lip color not shine like before due to they heat the wheel to able bend the lip back in place

 

First 4 are right after forgestar wheels were installed showing the flushness and fitment. Last one is after a bath including the new wheels wrapped in Michelin PSS tires

 

Heres my IS.... with a big exterior conversion.

 

Definitely unique... not feeling those wheels with that kit, but that's just me.
