Thumbs up Few questions can't find the answer too

1. 3D carbon front lip.
I like the style but can't seem to find any legit reviews or pictures of it...does anyone have any input?
Or does any one have any preferences of some lipkits over others?

2. Lugnuts
Why would you not be able to use aftermarket lugs on stock rims if the size of the bolt is still the same?

3. I was looking at a grill (black with black L) for my is250 but if I get the grill is the chrome around it staying or do I have to paint/get a black chrome piece too?

4. Rims
What kind of rims should I get with a budget of 1200 or less.
I have a sgm 08 is...I like the bronze color a lot and hate hate hate chrome.

Thanks for future input guys.

1. Never heard of it.

2. The shape of the lug nut seat differs, there's acorn seat, ball, and flat. Most aftermarket lug nuts' seat type is acorn/tapered, and OEM's aren't.

3. You'd have to paint the chrome piece too. That's the grille surround, the grille you're replacing is just the grille itself, doesn't include the surround.

4. It's your car, everyone has different tastes. Not everyone likes 22" rims and not everyone likes mesh rims. Just do some research on the forum, especially the wheel index sticky, here. Google how much the wheels you like costs and see what fits your budget. Don't buy wheels just because they're cheap. Try to check out the classifieds sections of our forum and other forums like my350z and g35driver to swoop up some nice deals on authentic real deal wheels. All these "which wheels should I get" questions are really dumb, no offense. You're letting other people choose what wheels you should spend and put on your car? It's so subjective, just do your own research and buy and do what you like.

Good luck.

I believe the lip you are referring to is a Five Axis Front Lip replica. JDKane527 has the real deal for sale unpainted. It will cost around $150 bucks to get it professionally painted to SGM (paint code 1G0) and you could do your grill surround at the same time for another $50. Any local body shop can do this. Shop around for best price. The more parts you have to paint the better the price will be.

1) Never heard of it. Theres a huge thread with bodykit examples
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-bodykits.html

2) No, you cannot use aftermarket lugs on stock rims, they are sized differently

3) I dont understand what your asking. You dont have to paint anything if you dont want to. Are you asking us what our opinion would be? If so, I prefer a color matched grill surround with chrome emblem.

4) I hope that budget is not for wheels + tires, because you wont have a lot of options. Again, there is a huge aftermarket wheel thread

Please refer to this link as it should answer most of your general questions
