Constant power for cig lighter or second aux power

I don't think its possible with lexus, i dont think they designed the cars like that probably as a "safety" precaution so you don't drain your battery, but not too sure, just a guess

There is actually a constant +12V behind the nav/radio that's closer. You'll find pics and such in the link below. That's for a different year car, but it should be similar if not the same. The are a few behind the driver side fuse box, the one I know about is a very large white or grayish wire that can supply 50A (or 80A) so you need a fuse if you're going to use that.

i have to agree, something so simple that could of been added to a nice car. For those who would like a lil understanding on this, simply running a constant 12v to this will not cause the drain, what causes drain is a power device 'Drawing' current from the battery or source 12v line to cause drain. However in the likelihood of all electronics, most 12v draw from accessory power like this , is minimal at most, and would take a long time for the 'Draw' to drain a battery. I can go into length about the electrical engineering aspects of it however its' not necessary.

If charging phone / small electronics is what you want, why not buy something like this:
For $40 (or less if you can find cheaper), I would avoid the hassle of messing around with the car just for an alternative outlet.
Amazon.com: Anker® Astro3E 10000mAh High Capacity Power Bank Pack Portable External Battery Charger for iPhone 5, 4S, 4, iPad 4, 3, 2, Mini, iPods (Lightning adapter not included); Samsung Galaxy S4, S3, S2, Note 2; HTC One, EVO, Thunderbolt, Incredible, Droid DNA; Motorola ATRIX, Droid; Google Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10; LG Optimus; PS Vita, GoPro (Dual 5V 3A USB Output) [0.6 inch slim design, customized for Apple & Android Devices]: Cell Phones & Accessories
