Hi guys I did lot search on this topic but don’t seem to find one similar to mine problem

When recharging the Freon it works only for 30min then the ac stops working
Checked fuse and the relay, pressure is good, did a leak test no leaks found,

Any idea what’s wrong.

Can you provide more details?

Did you have an issue of no cold air before you recharged?
What do you mean when you say the "A/C stops working"? Does it blow warm air or blow nothing at all?
Did you inject dye into the system when recharging?
Did you perform an evac and recharge so you know how much came out?
Did you perform a vacuum test? Did it hold vacuum?
Does anything else happen when the "A/C stops working"? Does the A/C light blink or go off?

make sure you have the exact amount of freon - it sound like its over charge to me ...

That's correct. It can have a problem working whether under or over charged,

May have a leak as well. The gauges that come with the charging cannisters can fluctute between very good and very bad considering accuracy from my experience. They have caused me to over charge a system in the past, which causes many problems.

ok when ac is turn on the cold air dose not blow, the ac button dose not blink, preformed vacuum test and it did hold vacuum.

Can you hear the compressor kicking on and off? Does it come on at all?
