My A/C works off and on but when it's really hot out it doesn't work at all. I took a video of my car under the hood and you can hear a click and it rev while parked. Can you guys tell me what is going on? http://youtu.be/yEP-c8Rk_zs thanks so much!

that click is your AC compressor clutch engaging. that revving is actually your cooling fans turning on. I would suggest to have your AC recharged, possible leak somewhere in the lines.

As another option I would say it could be the thermostat. If it is stuck then it won't sense the temp and give you cold air. If there is moisture on the inside of the windshield I was thinking heater core.
