The roll down I know should at least be programmable. But. Asked myself this question before and tried to get them to roll up and it doesn't work. There are a few threads on it and I swear what the final answer was is that for US models its disabled per safety, and dealers could not turn on.
I go in for oil change I think Saturday and can ask the dealer.
I asked the dealer already and it's no can do, however it's on a 2009 model, maybe the newer model has better luck to enable this feature.
I have a 2011 model and it didn't roll down with the unlock button. I took it to the dealer and they programmed it for me so it's no longer standard on newer models like some have said

I think the overall question here though is whether or not we can get them to roll up. I think just about everyone knows you can get them roll down using the unlock button (by default or not).

Thank you, I will have to take my car to the dealer then I have a 2012 and same thing it doesnt roll down. Zelfiris did you look and see if our manual had any info about it in there?
Its kind of annoying though, basically you have to stick the physical key into the door, and turn it into the locking position and hold. Your windows will then roll up.
