Default Tire Problem or my.car has a problem?

hey guys so I have a 2011 Is 250.F sport. So lately my car has been pulling to the right. So I did some research and figured out it was my alignment so I went to the nearest Lexus dealership and got it fixed with no worries. Well about a month after I got it done in March I started to notice to see a little pull again but I brushed it off. So then about 2 days ago my tire light came on and went to a toyota dealership to get it checked out and they tell me that your front left tire inside wall is wearing out very badly to the point that it's showing the wires in the tire. I ask them what is the problem to this abs they told me you haven't got your alignment. So I called the Lexus dealership where I got out done and the service advisor told me that that is incorrect. Your Lexus IS tires wear out from the inside to the out within 15~20 thousand miles and he told me that it's stated in your handbook. Now is this true or is this a BS Lie? Also I do have tire and wheel protection. Tell me Yalls opinion I feel that he bs me to get out of this situation. If it is a defective tire please let me know

It's natural for these cars to have inner tire wear due to negative camber. 15-20k is about right.

With that being said, I recently experienced full separation of about 2 inches of my inner tread separate from the belt on both front tires. When I wash my car, I always make a habit of checking the tires. A week and a half later, the tires chewed themselves up. I bought new tires and had an alignment done. My toe was 3 degrees out of whack on one wheel.

If you bought the car new its also stated on the window sticker. That the tire will wear out 20-25k . Best you can do is get the toe closet to zero and get the figs LCR bushing I heard that suppose to help the wear from inside.

It's pretty common. There's no warranty on the tire for that issue.

Where in the manual does it say the tire will wear out unevenly?

Same here; about 25k on OEM tires and they're wearing evenly. Maybe 25% life left.

I purchased my '06 350 with the OE Dunlop tires from the factory. The car had 30k on the clock. As soon as I got it home I had to put new ones on though.
