Default Weather Mats (IS250)

Hi all,

New to the Lex world and to the site. Wondering if anyone could recommend which mats to get (1) to protect the factory ones from wear, and (2) to protect from weather (rain/snow).

Are the factory Weather mats worth it or has anyone found nice aftermarket options..

Gracias!

I would go with the weather tech mats. Those will give you the best protection for snow. The all-weather ones are ok, but snow/water/salt can and will run off on to the carpet depending on how much it snows in your area.

Have you looked into the 3D Maxspider molded mats. A number of dealers sell them with slightly different names. Most reviews I have seen have been very positive.

Check on Amazon. I have seen some good deals on there.

Welcome to CL. There is Sewell Lexus which is a vendor here and if you register with them and say you're a CL member they give us a discount. Look for them in the vendor section in the upper right corner on the blue header that runs across the entire screen.

I actually have these in my front: http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2009/1818.html they do the the job since they only sold the front i ended up buying the regular weather tech for the rear to try and match them. The weather tech are more durable and thicker and nicer in my opinion. But i still like having my lexus logo on the front mats lol. When they wear out I will eventually buy the matching front weather techs.
