I bought an oem IS spoiler and noticed lots of you guys have only used the tape only. How is it holding up?

is there an easy way to take out the screws on the OEM spoiler.

I also do not want to drill holes in my trunk.

im picking up my part today so I have not seen it yet, but are you saying there are screws already attached to the spoiler or do you mean clips?

The spoiler has 2 screws underneath it so that it can be drilled into the trunk.

I want to prevent drilling holes so was wondering if theres a way to remove the screws on the bottom.

Alot of people says it holds on fine but it's sketchy just take the time out and screw it in and do it right is what I would say. Then it's not in the back of your mind that the spoiler is gonna fly off while you drive everytime

I've had my WALD spoiler on for about 6 months now and no issue.
I thought that 3M alone was too sketchy so I applied some clear silicone in the inside corner, 3M around the edges, and applied some silicone right on the outside so its sealed from water and dust.
Been through automatic carwash a lot and the seal still look good as new.
Cured it for 24 hours.
