Default Choose mile or year for pre-owned certified IS250?

IS fans,

For IS(or should say any Lexus cars), would you go for lower mileage but older model or higher mileage but newer year? Same packages, both 1 owner, no accident and almost same prices.

2008 premium at 41K vs 2009 premium at 63K.

usually we should go for newer year or fewer miles?

Thanks!

Get the 2009 one, there was a small redesign for that year. Also make sure the 60k service (including spark plugs) was done by the dealership. It's usually $800

Tail lights, front bumper and grille, rear bumper, and I believe A2DP bluetooth which lets you play audio from a bluetooth device like a cellphone. Or it might just be bluetooth capability for answering calls, I'm not 100% sure.

Don't forget blinkers on the mirrors and chrome trim around the radio.

'09 for aesthetics and confirmation of a 60k Service (it was probably done for CPO Certification but it would behoove you to get proof). If youre looking at a 250 i would recommend seeing if it had any issues with carbon build up. Also ask about rotors and pads while you're at it.

newer with more mileage. In order to accumulate those extra miles in a shorter timespan, it must have been highway mileage, the best type of mileage for a car.

And 60k mileage isn't very high for a lexus
