To keep his cost down, periodically he will offers free labor to the first customer who supplies the parts and let him hold on to the car for about 2 weeks or so he can do the conversion and test fit the parts. He then takes the conversion and makes a mold of it and then resells the kit. So it's a win/win for everyone. You get your conversion, he gets another product he can sell.
I guess this wont be such a small group of people that have this conversion done then, Im not sure how I feel about it, but I don't live in Cali so, oh well.
