I did find the rims to be odd, but the sticker inside the door says those are the rims and tire sizes that should be on this car. The clearance on the 4 piston calipers are close, but no issues. The front lip piece is just the front lip broken from the previous owner parking to close to the concrete stops.

yea that's not a cover previous owner ran over something an back up pulling the lip of the bumper out and breakin it easy fix though just gonna get an aftermarket one.
