I can tell just from the pictures that it has a melting interior. In the summer all those door panels, and probably dash, will be glistening wet and sticky to the touch. They'll develop dents/marks if they don't already.
I know this from experience, I bought mine used from Florida and have replaced my dash and all four door panels.

The discoloration/uneven tone of the door panels is what it looks like when it's dry from not being in the sun...maybe it's being stored indoors right now. I dont know if the dash is melting or not. All I can tell you is that's what my panels looked like when they weren't in the sun (especially the pic of the rear passenger side door). Either be prepared to live with it or drop a couple thousand on their replacement...and yes, Florida cars are notorious for this, it's something about the heat + humidity.
