Default shopping for 2IS

I'm currently shopping for an used 2007 or 2008 is350, while using the lexus owners website to find out the service history of a 2008 Is350, i saw these in between the basic oil changes/30k/60k services. The car has 75k miles.

Dealer Reported 03/18/2013 Woodfield Lexus 71468 0486875 REMV SERRATION OF 2
Not sure what this is, could someone clarify?

Dealer Reported 04/11/2011 Woodfield Lexus 41336 0435203 VALVE SPRING RECALL
Seems like a common issue/recall but does the recall completely fix the problem?

Dealer Reported 06/07/2010 Woodfield Lexus 20046 0410546 IS/F/C GAS PEDAL
Not sure what this is

Dealer Reported 08/20/2008 Lexus of Naperville 5834 0138471 PULLED NAV UNIT AND TEST CIRCUITS NO POWER ON ORANGE WIRE FUSE BLOWN REPLACED FU
Does this mean the navigation unit was replaced?

1). No idea
2) completely fixed the problem on mine and after 55k still no signs of return
3) this is to address the "unintended acceleration" thing from a few years ago. Where basically if you press the brake it overrides the throttle or somthing like that. Safety thing.
4) looks like they just replaced a fuse.

The only thing that isn't normal or odd sounding is the first one : "REMV SERRATION OF 2". Are these vehicles F/S by the current owners or by a used car lot/dealership? If the current owner, I'd just ask them; if not, I'd try calling the dealership that did the service on it and see if they know.

BTW, with any IS350...you cannot lose!
