Default Is350 not pulling as it used too

Well my car been performing not like it used to i changed the oil thought maybe that was the problem also unpluged battery and drove like i just stole the car so it remembers my driving but when i opened my intake i noticed a band which i guess is from titening too much! Is this fixable or whats the part called to get a new one?

You can probably fix it using plastic welding; I just use an old soldering iron. It can be quite ugly, but no one will ever see it. The simple fix is finding a new top-half of the air box on ebay or some parts yard.

Idk welding isnt my thing maybe if there is a diy guide then i could do it! Ill go around scavangering to some yards hopefuly i get it but thank you!!
