Default New wheels on my BWB IS250 AWD

Finally got some wheels on my wife's Breakwater Blue IS AWD. I decided to go with a 245/30/20 front tire and a 275/30/20 rear. I found a lot more wheel options with going with the 275/20 as opposed to the 285/25 and I have not had any errors popup. The car is lowered on Road Magnet springs. the back rubs a bit and hopefully a fender roll will fix that issue.

Looks good. Same exact tire sizes I'm running. The the width of the 275 makes a rear view of the car look 10x better.

Good luck as far as I know awd need 25 series in the rear to match the front. Might get more brand option but at the cost of your diff breaking isn't worth it. Remember awd on allowed 1% from stock diameter. Closer to stock the less chance of breaking.

All the shops that I work with have run this setup for years and have not had any issues. Even the forums here say you are allowed 5% so this is the first that i have herd about 1%. Im going to eventually go with a 265/30/20 because of the issues with the width rubbing in the rear. I think id be completely boned if I went with a 285

I don't know who tell you 5% I've yet to see it on the forums here. Few member snap there diff at 3% off and even 1%. So saying 5% make no sense. Those shop are they running awd IS all of them? Cause not all awd are made the same. As I state most if no all IS runs 25 series on the rear even RWD.

They were all IS AWD cars. I cant remember exactly what page it was out of the many ones that I have looked over that were on this forum but there was all kinds of info that didn't seem too confirmed. Ive also had a few clients that run that setup on AWD IS cars as well. If something breaks it breaks.
