I would take the car immediately back to them and report the damage. Mosty likely your insurance would cover it just like any rental car you get in an accident with. Unless the paperwork for the loaner car says otherwise

RIP bambi! lexus should cover it or your insurance i had a loaner for a day or 2 they took care of everything. not your fault!

So i contacted Lexus and they put me in a new loaner. I also contacted my insurance company (GEICO). They said that as long as the police reports details that you actually struck the deer, it will be a "no-fault" comprehensive claim. So no insurance increase for me!

Also, my father and a few friends of mine are avid hunters so they wanted to bring the deer back! Looks like i'll be having some deer jerky in the next few days!

No i wasnt there with my IS. I did go to a few CC back when I had my S2000 around spring 2013. That was the last time I went.

My dealer never asks to see proof of my insurance when they give me a loaner...
