Help! Car was in an accident 6 weeks ago and my insurance is being cheap?

That's a crock. They have to cover anything that is bolted to the car. With that being said, if you didn't inform them of your modifcations (in case it would be "extra" for them to cover the additional cost) then they sould say they will put the suspension back to stock and not pay the additional amount for coil-overs or whatever....but your concern is with the sheet metal, so I think they are still on the hook. Assuming they find the truck driver at fault.

It looks like you were on the inside lane and he hit you. The other driver is going to deny that of course. The insurance thinks they shouldn't have to pay cause they're paying first and with no police report to back it up the two insurances have to figure out who's gonna pay. Police don't always make reports for non injury accidents too. Insurance doesn't want to cover the fender cause they probably think that's something totally different cause you're lowered. That's brutal. Just looking at those pictures of your car during the crash is madness. Could be worse. I hate how people won't admit to their faults! Clearly the truck drivers fault
