Default Buying & programming TPMS sensors

Hello..I just got a second set of wheels for my 2008 IS250..need 4 tpms sensors..do the aftermarket ones work? Can anyone program these for my car besides the Lexus dealer? There are a lot of them on ebay, but I don't know if these work or who can program them.. I need some suggestions on the best way to do this..thanks!

I don't know about the aftermarket sensors but when I replaced mine I went to Americas Tire to program them and they did it for free in 5 minutes.
