Question about wheel spacers and factory alarm!

Does anyone know what size slip on spacers can fit on our 2IS without having to put in extended studs or buying ones with bolt-on studs? I was thinking about adding 15mm bolt-on spacers to my rear but was told that even if I roll my rear fenders or even go down one tire width size, I will still have rubbing issues unless I raise the car. Right now, there is no finger gap, I can't fit even a pencil between the tire and fender but I don't rub. Now I'm just looking to roll the fender and fit the biggest slip-on spacer with having to put it extended studs.
The other question I got is how long does our factory alarm stay on after it gets triggered? I was thinking about adding a tilt sensor, shock sensor, and glass sensor to the factory alarm but I don't want it going off with false alarms and draining my battery.

There are some in depth threads about the wheel spacers if you do a search.
The rule is to get at least 6-7 turns of the lug nut for a secure hold on the stud.
From my experience 5mm is as wide as I would go without longer studs. The 5mm will not be hubcentric though, so it may cause vibration issues.
10 mm is the smallest you will find that are hubcentric, but I personally would use extended studs.
