Default Actual numbers for different exhausts???

I am in the process of deciding on my exhaust to get for my 2007 IS350 and basically the short and simple of it is I want to get the most gain out of it. I am going to order PPE Headers to go along with it and I know people here like to say which they prefer but as far as full set up goes whats the word.

I have almost pulled the trigger on a Joe Z like 15 times because of all the rave reviews on here but has anyone gained better from a particular set up, maybe with an Invida mid pipe to a preferred exhaust? Cats/No Cats... I'm not worried about my state dinging me on the legal/illegal set up because I don't get emmissions tested.

If you have any good recommendations I would LOVE some opinions. I also don't mind a lot of sound from my car. I just don't wanna sound like a fool, if you know what I mean(no rice).

Please please please give my your opinions, i have searched through almost every exhaust thread and its hard to get through them coming away with anything other than feeling more confused.

Thanks in advance,

-Nick-

If you are talking about power gains, I don't think that should even be a factor.

I'm talking about power gains yes, obviously the variation is going to minimal, I'm just curious as to what everyone likes the best and which people have the best feel across the powerband. Again I'm not expecting my car to "unleash the beast" I'm just curious as to opinions.

Axle back exhaust: 5-7hp
Midpipe: 1-2hp

OR

Catback exhaust: 7-10hp.

Your talking about a potential difference of 1hp between different exhaust systems.

This car is not meant to make power. Any exhaust combo + headers is about all your going to get without spending 5k on a supercharger (which can only gain you 50hp anyways).

Go for sound, get the exhaust system/combo that you think sounds the best.
