Hi all,

I'm having trouble with my door actuator for my front passenger and two rear doors. Today I attempted to fix one of my rear door. The actuator came out pretty easily and I was able to open up the actuator. But here is where the problem begun. After reading through some useful thread on door actuator DIY I brought 4 of the mabuchi motor hoping it would be the same one as the one in my '08 IS250. Turns out, I was wrong (at least I think I'm wrong).

The motor on the left is the mabuchi and the one on the right is from my is250.


You'll probably notice that the bottom and the shaft at the top are different.

Now my question is, did I brought the right motor but just need to modify it (cut the shaft on the mabuchi to the right shape and somehow fix the bottom)? Or do I need to look for the correct motor? Can anyone direct me to the correct motor?

I also try looking up the number on the Lexus motor (PAN14...) on ebay but came across nothing.
