Are the back seats in the 2007 really that much smaller than compared to 2008+ models? I'm curious because I'm shopping for an IS350 any year between 2007-2011 and read that the seats in the 2007 were smaller compared to the 2008+. There's a dealership having an 07 model for sale but it turned me off due back seats.

 

It's just a plastic molding in the back of the front seats. IMO it's the same tiny cramped space. Don't be concerned about the back seats. I act like I don't even have them. I have an '08 BTW but I've been in an '06 also. The rear seats just suck over all.
