I just went to Sam Club about haft an hour ago, and when I went back to my car and noticed that some one stole two of my VOLK value stem caps,can't believe it people can buy the Volk wheels, but can not afford to buy a replacement caps?

Sorry to hear that. If only two were stolen, it was probably some kid that wanted some cool valve stem caps for their bicycle. Kid probably doesn't even know what Volk's are.
