Why do my tires do this on the 250?

incorrect toe even by a couple mm will chew your tires faster than any negative camber will. My fronts have some pretty bad choppyness cause from poor toe. I think toe out in my case.

IMHO this should not happen, its just a bad design by LEXUS. I have the same problem and my car is up to specs with new tires. Bad design!!!!!

What is the best front camber kit for the IS and do you still need the FIG LCA bushings?
