Default Offset needed for wheels

Will be buying some summer wheels and tires over the winter season and looking to have a flush look with my fenders. Will be going with 19x8.5 all around or 19x9 depending what style I go with. I'm awd so no staggered setups. I did some measuring today on my current setup and I need 1'' up front to be flush with fenders and 1.5'' out back. I'm lowered on coilovers and will roll and pull fenders if need be. This is a daily driver and I AM NOT lowering the car past 24.5'' due to the axle boot issues, so no tucking on this setup. Tnanks
