Only down-side is the higher mileage; but at that price, you'll pay it off sooooo quick! Plus you could save some money on having to buy new wheels if you happen to like these on it.

Honestly, I think both of them are a bit pricey but if I had to choose, the black one then. I bought my 07 IS350 almost 4 years ago with 49K miles for $20,300. The interior was flawless and the outside had almost no scratches or dings. What F-Sport parts does the black one have exactly?

I decided on the black one - picking it up Saturday. Dealer confirmed that it was bought with f-sport springs, intake, exhaust. The wheels are carbon fiber dub 10's, and they were able to polish out 100% of the scuff marks on them.

I had a friend go to the dealer (it's 4 hours away) and test drive via Skype. Pretty much flawless other than a small dent on the roof, and the normal "sunroof dent " starting. Neither is noticeable without REALLY looking for them under fluorescent light.

Got it for 23k - not a mark on the interior, and personally I love the ecru interior with the black...

Now if I could find a cheap(er) lip and f-sport grill :-/
