buying replicas off of ebay has a high likelihood of going bad. Im assuming its fiberglass, but your best option would be to take it to a auto body shop that has experience working with fiberglass. They would be able to help make it fit better.

just heat them up with a heat gun and make it fit. its polyurethane so they're super durable.

It's like that. What we're planning to do is cut the L shape so it'll fit and just double side tape it

not to hijack your thread, you guys prefer fiberglass or poly?

duraflex says theres is a combo of both... i ordered a lip from them, it was broken on each side and cracked all along the bottom even though it had a ton of bubble wrap.

what materials hold up best?

Just heat it with a heat gun and slowly stretch it out. I did with an eBay rear lip on my civic and got it to fit perfectly.

So you got it to fit on one end of the sideskirt but it doesn't fit onto the other side? Is it too short? If it's ABS, they are quite stretchable.

Speaking from experience, polyurethane is the strongest material. ABS is also pretty strong but polyurethane is still stronger. Downside to polyurethane is the paint could chip off from the lip very easily compared to ABS or fiberglass. Stay away from fiberglass since it is the most prone to cracking from any minor impact.
